STRENGTH: AYAMAS is a fast food and frozen foods especially chicken. It sells frozen food in their own store as their characteristics of business.

WEAKNESSES: Lack of publicity, have no more people could have impression of it.

OPPORTUNITIES: It can expend the products oversea to become a biggest fast food and frozen chicken supplier.

THREATS: Influenza infect chickens, causing chicken cannot be sell.
